Partner account

Your stock, visible at any time

Anyone responsible for supply must be able to state at any moment what is in store, how long it will keep and how quickly it can be on site. The partner account brings exactly that information together – for municipalities, authorities, emergency organisations and operators with a supply mandate.

In preparation

What you will see in the partner account

We are currently building the area. The overview below shows which functions are planned for launch. Existing partners can already join the waiting list and help shape the design.

  • Stored inventory in real time, by site and organisation
  • Batches, production dates and shelf lives with early warning
  • Trigger call-offs and track their status
  • View quotations, framework agreements and agreed prices
  • Certificates, data sheets and delivery records to download

Functions

Everything supply planning needs

Eight building blocks that turn a stored reserve into a sound answer – for the head of authority, the operations room and the audit.

Inventory in real time

How many daily rations and drinking water units are stored for you, broken down by product, batch and storage location. Including proof of ownership to print out.

Shelf-life early warning

A traffic light per batch shows when rotation is due. You are informed in good time and receive a proposal for replacement or buy-back – before deadlines become a problem.

Call-off at the push of a button

Request partial quantities or the entire stock, with delivery address, preferred date and contact person. The status is visible at all times, from order to delivery.

Quotations and contracts

Current quotations, framework agreements, agreed prices and remaining quantities in one place. Repeat orders at the stored conditions without renegotiating the price.

Records for the audit

Certificates, type approvals, data sheets, delivery notes and invoices as an audit-proof package. One download for the court of audit, internal audit or grant accounting.

Multiple sites

Municipal associations, districts and organisations with several stations see each unit individually and the total at a glance – including separate allocations per site.

Roles and permissions

Procurement, operations management and accounting each see what they need. Access is logged, and staff changes can be handled without passing passwords around.

Save requirement planning

Save configurations from the requirements calculator, compare scenarios and export them as a basis for decisions – for the budget request or the council paper.

Benefits

Why the access is worth it

Able to answer within a minute

The question “How long are we supplied for?” can be answered in the meeting instead of being deferred to next week. Person-days, quantity and storage location on a single sheet.

No expired reserve

A stock loses its value if nobody keeps an eye on the deadlines. The early warning prevents exactly that – and protects budget that would otherwise quietly expire.

Fewer queries, shorter routes

Order status, documents and conditions are stored instead of scattered across email threads. That saves you queries to us and saves us searching the archive.

For whom

Who receives a partner account

Access is limited to institutional customers. An account is tied to an organisation, not to a person.

Municipalities and municipal associations District and regional authorities Fire and rescue services Police and armed forces Hospitals and care facilities Critical infrastructure operators Relief organisations and civil protection Operators with a supply mandate
